SUSTAINABILITY AND RECYCLED

"Sustainable development is the development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."

Hang Sang Elastic provide a variety of recycled, bio-based and environmentally friendly materials, combined with our rich and varied processing techniques to create unlimited changes on design, endow the brand with sustainability concept without restricting the design style.

Bio-degradable

"Biodegradable" refers to the ability of things to get disintegrated (decomposed) by the action of micro-organisms such as bacteria or fungi biological (with or without oxygen) while getting assimilated into the natural environment. There's no ecological harm during the process.

Organic Cotton

Organic cotton is generally defined as cotton grown organically in subtropical countries from non-genetically modified plants and without using any synthetic agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers or pesticides aside from the ones allowed by the certified organic labelling. Its production is supposed to promote and enhance biodiversity and biological cycles.

Recycled Polyester

Recycled polyester, often called rPet, is made from recycled plastic bottles. It is a great way to divert plastic from our landfills. The production of recycled polyester requires far fewer resources than that of new fibres and generates fewer CO2 emissions.

Recycled Nylon

Recycled Nylon has the same benefits as recycled polyester: It diverts waste from landfills and its production uses much fewer resources than virgin nylon (including water, energy and fossil fuel). A large part of the recycled nylon produced comes from old fishing nets.

Global Recycled Standard (GRS)

We successfully approved the certificate application by GRS - GLOBAL RECYCLE STANDARD, which marks we are responsible for protecting our world, society and environment.
